By accessing or using Layar+ (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and account holders.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Service under the supervision of a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access. Sharing account credentials is prohibited unless otherwise permitted by your subscription plan.

Layar+ may offer free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.

Content availability varies by region and changes over time. Licenses for movies and series are subject to expiration and renewal. We do not guarantee that specific titles will remain available for any duration. Content may be removed without prior notice.

Streaming quality depends on your internet connection, device capabilities, and the selected quality setting. We automatically adjust quality based on network conditions. Actual resolution may differ from advertised maximums due to these factors.

The Layar+ service, including its software, design, logos, and brand assets, is owned by Layar+ and protected by intellectual property laws. Content available through the Service is licensed, not sold, and you may not redistribute, reproduce, or publicly perform it without authorization.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent technical measures or DRM protection
• Scrape, data-mine, or extract content from the Service
• Interfere with the proper operation of the platform
• Impersonate any person or entity

Layar+ respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, please contact us with the following information: identification of the copyrighted work, proof of ownership, the infringing material’s location, and your contact details. We will respond to valid takedown notices promptly.

The Service may integrate with third-party services, including authentication providers and analytics platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Layar+ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, streaming interruptions, or content unavailability. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms, illegal activity, or conduct that harms other users or the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limitation survive termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Indonesia. We make no representation that the Service is appropriate for use outside Indonesia.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
